Saptashati Upasamhara (Concluding Portion)
The Upasamhara is the concluding portion recited after the 13 chapters of the Durga Saptashati. It gives the Navarna mantra procedure that is repeated at the end of the recitation, along with the related nyasa, meditation and prayers.
Upasamhara (॥ उपसंहारः ॥)
When the recitation of the Saptashati is completed in this way, the prescribed method is first to chant the Navarna mantra and then to recite the Devi Sukta; therefore the Navarna procedure is quoted here again. Everything is to be done just as before.
