Manage sales and operations team
This position is responsible for the overall Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process to achieve sales revenue.
-To make sure that the sales team is functioning as per the SLA defined by the Management.
-To ensure that the sales team must be completely aware and well versed with various processes
-Drives sales operations process improvements.
- To effectively handle and motivate the team.
-Proven leadership experience in problem solving and process improvement
- Excellent Communication skills, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
