Replacement Eligibility
You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if: - The item received is defective, damaged, or not as ordered.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes original packaging and tags.
Please note: We currently do not support order returns or refunds. Our support is limitedonly to replacements for valid concerns.
Conditions Where Replacement Is Not Applicable
The product has been used, damaged, or mishandled after delivery.
The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
The issue is not supported without valid proof (e.g., unboxing video).
How to Request a Replacement
