Indian Film and Television Actor, Sushant Singh Rajput, catapulted to fame after acting in the television series, Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and which led to him getting an opening in Abhishek Kapoor’s film, Kai Po Che! Showcasing his acting prowess in his debut film, Sushant seems to have arrived on the Bollywood scenario. With his appearance in Neeraj Pandey’s biographical sports drama, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Sushant received critical acclaim for his portrayal of the cricketer.
Coming from a non-filmy background, Sushant was all set to be an engineer. But fate had another career planned for him. He found his calling in acting and dancing, finding the experience liberating. Leaving his engineering studies half way in New Delhi, Sushant moved to Mumbai and joined a theatre group for two and half years.
Born on 21 January, this intelligent 31 year old is an Aquarius. His ruling planet is Uranus, which gives him a visionary quality. It made him capable of perceiving his future which was not with the various drawing boards and compasses. Also, an Aquarius desires for freedom of expression and movement. He discovered that he could communicate easily with the audience, when he started acting.
Sushant’s last film, Raabta, released in 2017, unfortunately sank without a trace. He has at least three films lined up for release in 2018: Drive, Kedarnath and Chanda Mama Door Ke. He will be seen with newcomer Sara Ali Khan(Saif Ali Khan’s daughter), in Kedarnath, a romantic film.
2018 may not give Sushant the results he hopes for but according to the career horoscope of Aquarius, 2018 could be the warm up year to prepare for the next one. With so much enthusiasm and passion that an Aquarian possesses about his work, Sushant’s talent and ability to deliver, will soon be visible to the world. Sushant just needs to put his best foot forward, exercise a little patience and he will soon be harvesting his fruits of labour.
Coming from a humble background, Sushant knows that good things don’t just land in your lap: one needs to work hard for them. His sister is a state level cricketeer and anyone who is associated with sports, knows the effort involved in achieving any form of success. Sushant too, is a fighter. When his debut film, Kai Po Che was released, film critic Rajeev Masand had written,” Sushant has an indescribable presence and it’s clear from his confidence and distinct likability, that a star is born”.
A remake of the Hollywood movie, The Fault In Our Stars, with Sushant in the lead role, will go on floor in 2018. With retrograde of Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius, Sushant needs to work hard in 2018, to get good results. But by the middle of the year, when these planets go progressive, Sushant would reap abundant blessings. The year could end on a very professionally satisfying note and Sushant could be carving a deep niche for himself in the Bollywood fraternity.
