Leo (July 23-August 22)- The New Year should be started with some serious changes for you, Leo. Your desire to be the best has resulted in many unhealthy habits in the last year. Start the New Year by making some positive lifestyle changes. Slowly ease into the process of eating healthy foods and focusing on cardio in the gym.
