Invite Happiness In Your Life Through Gauri Shankar Rudraksha
Rudraksha signifies Lord Shiva as Rudra stands for Lord Shiva and Aksha for Shiva’s tears. It is believed that Lord Shiva did penance for a thousand years and after getting tired of keeping his eyes closed for such a long time, he opened them and that is when a few teardrops fell to the ground and it is from these tears, Rudraksha beads were formed.
There is a lot of significance accorded to the Rudraksha as per our scriptures. It helps the wearer get rid of all his troubles. However, it is usually said that only men should wear Rudraksha but this is a myth. There are various kinds of Rudrakshas but three of them are most significant. They are as follows:
- Gauri Shankar Rudraksha - This is considered as a very powerful rudraksha for improving marital relations and brings happiness and prosperity in the family.
- Ganesh Rudraksha - This blesses the wearer with prosperity and is considered beneficial for students as it provides wisdom and learning. This type of Rudraksha has a protrusion on its body which is similar to the trunk of an elephant.
- Gauripath Rudraksha -These are three rudrakshas joined together. It repersents the trinity i.e Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh.
Out of these three, Gauri Shankar Rudraksha is given a lot of importance. Women can also wear this rudraksha and it is considered very beneficial for improving their marital ties. It is also recommended for childless couples. However certain things need to be taken care of before wearing this rudraksha. For instance, before sleeping, one must keep it at a puja place. Don’t give your rudraksha to the other person and don’t wear someone else’s rudraksha. Women are advised to not wear it during their menstrual cycle.
