3. Include Chakra Food In Your Diet


All of the chakras respond positively or negatively to what you eat, so you can potentially unblock your sacral chakra by simply making adjustments to your diet. Loot at the foods that are traditionally associated with this chakra. Since orange color represents sacral chakra, include fruits such as oranges, mangoes, papaya, and peaches in your diet.


Eating seeds might also work for your sacral chakra. Think of seeds of pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, and hemp.
