Significance of Ganesh Visarjan

Devotees strongly believe that on Ganpati Visarjan, Lord Ganesha returns to his home on Mount Kailash. The celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi conclude with the massive Visarjan, which is the immersion of Lord Ganesha’s idol in the sea or any water body. Rituals Associated with Ganpati Visarjan
