  3. Practice manifestation techniques- Visualise your goals and dreams coming true, spend some time imagining your goals and writing down what needs to be done in order for you to achieve your dream. Make a creative visual-board and keep adding motivational quotes and pictures to keep yourself encouraged. 

  4. Meditate and do yoga- Since Full Moons can be quite an emotional time, another healthy way to keep yourself calm and collected is by performing yoga and taking out time during the day to meditate. Not only does meditation relaxes the body and mind, but it can also re-energize you and refresh you. You can even connect with like-minded people and go for a yoga class or practice meditation in a group! 

  5. Sitting under the Moonlight can also help you become more mindful. By ‘bathing-in’ the moonlight and meditating under the Full Moon, you can become more aware of your thoughts and feelings. You can even gain more insight into your subconscious mind.
