Saturn would turn retrograde on 11th May 2020 for a period of 142 days and it would turn direct only on 29th September 2020. Retrogression is a very normal phenomenon and Saturn turns retrograde every year. When the Sun turns 5th, 6th, 7th and 8 houses away from the planet then that planet turns retrograde.
Every planet exerts six kind of unique forces also known as the Shadbala. One of the important forces is known as “CHESHTHA BALA’ which can be translated to understand the energy flow created by the planet when it turns retrograde. Saturn is the slowest moving planet in Astrology and hence its retrogression impact is felt greater and longer than rest of the planets.
Currently Saturn is placed in Capricorn and marking seven degrees and fifty two minutes. It would lose degrees day by day but it would not fall back to Sagittarius. When a planet turns retrograde then it turns erratic and the results cannot be predicted very correctly. Likewise a planet’s influence and timing in triggering/influencing a particular event may not be judged with accuracy.
At the same point of time a planet under retrogression becomes exponentially powerful to deliver adrenalin to an individual to pick up mammoth tasks and complete pending tasks at work/personal life. It is known to deliver the ability to hang on to things and fight all odds to achieve the ends. It is actually by virtue of this fact that retrogression has been termed as a “Bala”.
The energy triggered by retrogression would be experienced by all the zodiacs and among them Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces would feel better energy flow as compared to the rest of the signs.
It is worth remembering that Saturn made a transit to Capricorn on 24th January 2020 after a period of thirty long years and being its naturally owned sign it is equipped with good temperament and higher degree of benevolence so its movement in retrogression is also likely to be favourable.
Best of Luck
