Mayawati - Lok Sabha Election 2019

Kumari Mayawati, is an Indian politician and the current National President of the Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP). A protégé of late politician, Kanshi Ram, founder of BSP, Mayawati has been elected as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh four times and has the distinction of being the first female Schedule Caste Chief Minister in India.

Born on 15 January, Mayawati is a Capricorn.

Inspite of coming from a humble background, today Mayawati is the leader of the masses of oppressed Dalits(Once addressed as the Untouchables).

This zodiac sign has always included some of the most ambitious people. For Mayawati, the word ‘ambitious’ can safely be used as her middle name. And why should it not? She comes from a family that did not think a daughter needed to be educated as the sons. But Mayawati took a stand back then and not only did B.Ed after her graduation, but also completed LL.B from Delhi University.

.She has worked hard to get where she is now and this disciplined Capricorn is not one to admit defeat easily even when she was not re-elected as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. She had, after all, to her credit the fact that she completed her tenure as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh from 2007 to 2012….a feat accomplished by a Chief Minister in the history of UP elections, only after 1960.

‘Behanji’, as she is lovingly called by her followers, has been waiting cautiously with the patience of a Goat, to vie again in order to return to power in the most populous state of India.

Typically, like all the zodiac signs, the Capricorn too has some negative traits as seen in the ‘mercurial’ Mayawati. With the coming general elections, when the Congress party was hoping for support from her party and rumours were rife about the tie-up of the BSP with the Congress, Mayawati’s mood changed and she called off the tie-up on quite flimsy grounds.

The reason which is now believed is that this determined Goat is being considered for the Prime Ministerial post of India by her party workers and she wants to contest for that.

For the Capricorns, 2019 will bring them success, respect and recognition, all thanks to their razor sharp mind. If Mayawati is aiming for the Prime Ministers chair, the stars caution her to move wisely. Any mistake that she may make in her workplace during April and May, will adversely affect her during the General elections to be held around that time.

Capricorns can be quite stubborn and self centred. And Mayawati has enough controversies to reckon with and skeletons in the cupboard to explain. Although Mayawati seems to be confident about her vote bank, she needs to think out of the box this year and use different campaign tricks in order to achieve her target.

The stars do suggest that if she joins hands with like-minded people in her workplace, she could taste success this year. Her seat-sharing deal with Akhilesh in Uttar Pradesh for the 2019 polls, may yet turn out to be one of her many smart moves in order to bring herself back to power.
