How to Update or Delete Your Tarotly Account

1. How can I update my profile details?

You can update your name, birth date, place of birth and other details from the app:

1. Open the Tarotly app and go to Settings.
2. Under Profile, tap Profile details.
3. Edit the details you want to change.
4. Tap Save Changes to update your profile.

Your birth details are used to personalize your readings and horoscope, so keep them accurate.

2. How can I see my chat and transaction history?

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Chat history to view your past readings and conversations.
3. Tap Transaction history to view your recharges and payments.

3. How do I turn notifications on or off?

Go to Settings and use the toggle next to Notification preferences to turn app notifications on or off.

4. How can I delete my account?

1. Open the Tarotly app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. In the confirmation box, type delete in the Confirm field.
4. Tap Delete my account to confirm.

If the word is not typed exactly as "delete", the app will ask you to enter it correctly before continuing.

5. What is the difference between logging out and deleting my account?

Logging out only signs you out of the app on your device. Your account and data stay safe, and you can log back in anytime with [your registered email].

Deleting your account is permanent. All your data, including your profile, chat history and transaction history, is erased and cannot be recovered. Any [unused wallet balance] will also be lost. Once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated.

6. How can I share feedback or get help?
