I am trying to pay through credit card but am getting a transaction failure what should I do?

Incase you do NOT receive any confirmation of payment and receive a transaction failure notice; try using another credit card with sufficient funds and the correct expiry date. Otherwise please contact our customer care team who will send you an electronic bill to make your payment online through credit card without reentering your order details.

If I opt for cash on delivery or cash collection and later change my mind….what happens?

This is precisely why we send you an order confirmation mail, as well as call to re-confirm that you would like to opt for cash on delivery or cash collection as we must pay our logistic partners irrespective.
