Kajal Aggarwal did it in 2009 with Rohit Shetty's 'Singham' and Ileana D'cruz followed her footsteps to mark her Bollywood debut with India's official entry to the Oscars, 'Barfi' in 2012. Both Kajal and Ileana managed to impress the audiences as well as the critics with their performances. And now in 2013, Bollywood is all set to welcome popular actresses from the southern part of Indian Cinema. The South has produced the likes of Vyjayanthimala, Waheeda Rehman, Hema Malini and Rekha during the evolving era of Bollywood. Keeping the trend intact, actresses like Sridevi, Shilpa Shetty, Aishwarya Rai ruled the hearts of many. When we talk about Southern Sirens how can we forget the sensational Vidya Balan who has changed the perception of an actress in Bollywood? Her powerful performances in 'No One Killed Jessica', The Dirty Picture, and 'Kahani' have made her a firm favourite with one and all.
