Our advance predictions made through previous article about crude oil, bullion and stock market proved to be correct once again.
Crude oil is expected to show weakness at the beginning of the week but any time profit booking is expected in world future market. Metal, especially copper looks positive for the next few days. Bullion is also expected to show weakness in world future and spot market at the beginning of the week but towards the middle of the week some bounce back is expected. Gold Upper levels should be US$ 970 to 980 while lower levels should be US$ 955 to 945 this week
The Indian stock market is expected to show the highest volatility. No one-side movement is expected. Some bounce back is also expected by the middle of the week. Investment based buying is strongly recommended especially in real state, power, banking, and fertilizer sectors at lower levels. My weekly picks are IFCI, Sterlite Ind, MRF, MRPL, and MTNL at lower levels for next few days.
The Indian Rupee may show weakness against US dollars but the second half of the week may support the Indian Rupee. Therefore, short-term traders need to be careful in future trading.
Copper may show upward movement in spot and future market; Soya and Mustard may show positive trend in spot and future market.
Singh(Leo) and Kanya(Virgo) rashi may be most benefited among all if they book timely profit in spot and future trading.
