Terms and Conditions

1. The products that you book with your astrologer by completing the payment is non-refundable and non returnable.
2. The pricing of the article is not at the Astroyogi's end, it is something which Astrologer quotes and hence any discrepancy there, can't reverted post payment is made
3. You get the provision to selectively buy from the products proposed by the astrologer, you can delete/increase/decrease quantity products from the cart.
4. GST needs to be paid for each item being bought.
5. Accepting these terms, you allow us to audit the transactions in case you or your astrologer raise any ticket or concern.
6. Make sure you share the precise address for the product to get delivered. The address change at the last moment would not be entertained.
7. The phone number updated in your profile at the time of order creation will be used as a calling number by the delivery agent. Make sure the number is correct.
8. The payment for the buying of products can't be done from the Astroyogi Wallet.
9. Astroyogi does not commit to any specific delivery timeline of the product, as it depends on a lot of external factors.
10. The final decision in case of any dispute stays with Astroyogi.
