What Is The Impact Of Shani Sade Sati?

What Is The Impact Of Shani Sade Sati?

Are things not going right in your life? All the hard work that you put in is not giving you the desired result? Or you are reeling under some financial and personal problems? Sounds familiar? This could be due to the effect of Shani Sade Sati and this happens when Saturn transits the 12th, 1st and 2nd houses from your natal moon. Since, the transit takes seven and a half years to cross these three houses; it has been named as Sade Sati (7.5).

Effect of Sade Sati

Saturn Sade Sati or Shani Sade Sati is a dreaded term. It tends to brings disappointments, hurdles, disputes and disharmony in one’s life but this doesn’t hold true for everyone as it depends on the native’s birth chart. At the same time, even if it does create some obstacles, it doesn’t mean it won’t give you any success. For instance, Saturn can act as a yoga karaka for a native and in that case, it won’t cause many problems. A lot of people go through 2-3 periods of Sade Sati in their lifetime.

Three cycles of Sade Sati

There are three cycles of Sade Sati. The first cycle is known to affect close relatives more than the native. The first cycle takes place when Saturn transits the 12th house from moon for 2.5 years. The effect of this can be on the native’s finances and it can cause debt.

In the second cycle, Saturn can impact the domestic sphere of the native and can create health and financial troubles, loss of friends, loss of self confidence etc. Second cycle is when Saturn transits first house from moon for 2.5 years. However, what needs to be taken in consideration is the fact that these results will only occur if the Saturn is acting as a pure malefic in the native’s horoscope. If it is not a pure malefic, then the native will get mixed results.

The third cycle can impact the health, children, cause mental and physical distress, loss of wealth, disputes with close ones and sufferings. This cycle takes place when Saturn transits in the second house from Moon.

But before reaching any conclusion on how Sade Sati is affecting you, it is better to consult an astrologer as it is important to know if Saturn is acting as a malefic or benefic for you and how strong is your natal chart.
