Once again Delhi is witnessing a highly exhilarating campaigning for Delhi Assembly Polls. With just few days left for the overwhelming political drama to end, Delhi Assembly Polls (7th February 2015) will decide who will step into Delhi Chief Minister’s shoes and will end an almost yearlong President’s Rule in National Capital. With all the parties going all out in their bid to taste victory, will Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal succeed in winning Delhi’s trust once again? Will Kejriwal make history or be vilified by it?
Delhi will have its CM with results coming out on 10th February. We can still have an astrological dissection of Arvind Kejriwal’s chances in this political race.
Aam Aadmi Flag Bearer: Arvind Kejriwal
Date and Place of Birth: Born on 16 August, 1968 in Hissar, Haryana
Arvind Kejriwal is a Taurus Ascendant born in Kratika Nakshatra. As per his birth chart, his Moon sign is Taurus and Sun sign is Leo.
If we look at his past, 2006 was the year when, according his birth chart, Rahu was present in Mercury – a very favourable planetary position as per astrology. Due to this favourable position of Rahu in the 11th house, Arvind Kejriwal was selected for Ramon Magsaysay Award – Asia’s version of the Nobel Prize, for emergent leadership. However, the presence of Rahu also induced his intolerance towards all kinds of workplace pressures and in the same year he resigned from his position as Tax Officer with the Indian Revenue Service.
Year 2010 brought a sea of change in Kejriwal’s life when Jupiter made a favourable move in his birth chart’s fourth house. It was Jupiter’s blessing which enabled him to fight relentlessly against corruption in New Delhi highlighting ‘Right To Information’ among the masses of India. His fight against corruption got him a lot of fame and the name ‘Arvind Kejriwal’ became a household term. In the same year he met Anna Hazare and joined his anti-corruption movement – India Against Corruption.
After two years, in 2012, Kejriwal decided to separate himself from Anna Hazare and formed Aam Aadmi Party. At that time, his birth chart was witnessing Saturn’s transit into Jupiter. With the kind of traction Aam Aadmi Party gained, Kejriwal enjoyed a lot of popularity and also contested in Delhi Assembly Polls against Congress. Soon, with an auspicious transition of Saturn (Shani) in Kejriwal’s kundli, AAP – the stormy petrel snatched a noisy win against Congress and Arvind Kejriwal sworn in as the Chief Minister of Delhi on 28th December, 2013.
Since Kejriwal’s birth chart unfortunately has Saturn present in Aries, moving ahead he took some wrong decisions. As Shani Dasha had initiated, Kejriwal couldn’t make all the hustle really work and he resigned from the post of Delhi’s Chief Minister on 14th February 2014.
Coming back to 2015 Delhi Assembly Polls, analyzing Kejriwal’s birth chart indicates Mercury residing in Jupiter. This definitely strengthens the chances of Kejriwal winning from his constituency; however chances of AAP coming into power look comparatively low. Other AAP candidates may not get the nod of approval from voters. As per astroYogi astrologers, there are chances of AAP winning somewhere between 20-25 seats.
As per current state of planetary positions, Jupiter is retrograde in Cancer and Saturn is transiting from the favourable sixth house – Libra, to an unfavourable seventh house – Scorpio. These planetary movements indicate an increased strength of AAP’s opponents. This can also mean Kejriwal losing his credibility as a clean politician.
Concluding the dissection, astroYogi astrologers’ prediction for Delhi Assembly Polls is not in favour of Arvind Kejriwal who once rewrote the grammar of politics in Delhi.
