Terms and Condition

1. The session/s that you book with your astrologer by completing the payment is non-refundable.
2. You will not be able to reschedule the session. In the exceptional cases only, the rescheduling request can be entertained if and only if the request to reschedule is made 48 hours before the commencement of the session. Rights stay with the Astroyogi team to allow for this.
3. If you don't turn up for the session in time (within 10 mins from the start time), you may have to pay a penalty fee to be able to reschedule the session.
4. The astrologer will only wait for 10 mins from the start of the session. If you don't turn in that duration, you will be marked as a No Show for the session.
5. Accepting these terms, you allow us to audit the session in case you or your astrologer raise any ticket or concern.
6. Make sure you have good and stable internet and the zoom app installed.
7. In the cases of incomplete sessions, the Astroyogi audit team reserves the right to decide how much time (duration of session) is to be given for a reschedule.
8. The images are subject to audit. Hence, don't upload inappropriate images or images containing the contact details. This may lead to serious legal implications otherwise.
9. In group sessions, there will be absolutely No cancellations and No reschedules under any condition.
10. You must not include more than allowed users in your session. The astrologer will have the right to remove the other participants or even close the session.
11. The final decision in case of any dispute stays with Astroyogi.
