only. In the case of astrology services you may use
our cash advance collection facility.
Once you opt for this facility, when you receive your
order confirmation, you will need to click on the re-confirmation
page that you would like someone to collect the cash
from your premises. Our logisitics partner will visit
your premises twice; so kindly ensure that someone is
at hand to make the payment. |

getting a transaction failure what should I do? |
Incase you do NOT
receive any confirmation of payment and receive a transaction
failure notice; try using another credit card with sufficient
funds and the correct expiry date. Otherwise please

I have received no confirmation that my payment is received.

Yes we have a cheque and draft collection
service against which our logistics partner will deliver
you a receipt. This way you can be sure that we have received
your cheque/draft even though it may take slightly longer.

| If I opt for cash on delivery or cash collection
and later change my mind….what happens? |
This is precisely why we send you
an order confirmation mail, in which we ask you to re-confirm
that you would like to opt for cash on delivery or cash
collection as we must pay our logistic partners irrespective.
