Do you collect cheques/drafts?
Yes we have a cheque and draft collection service against which our logistics partner will deliver you a receipt. This way you can be sure that we have received your cheque/draft even though it may take slightly longer.

If I opt for cash on delivery or cash collection and later change my mind….what happens?
This is precisely why we send you an order confirmation mail, in which we ask you to re-confirm that you would like to opt for cash on delivery or cash collection as we must pay our logistic partners irrespective.
