Pervez Musharraf Was born
on 11 August 1943 at Delhi, India. Former Chief of Army Staff of the Pakistan Army, he came to power in
1999 by affecting a bloodless military coup detat. He has, since then, twice suspended the constitution
of Pakistan. He seized power on October 12 1999, ousting Nawaz Sharif, the then-elected Prime Minister,
dismissed the national and provincial legislative assemblies, declared martial law, assumed the title of
Chief Executive and became Pakistan's de facto head of government. In so doing, he became the fourth Army
Chief of Pakistan to have assumed executive control.
Astrologically, Pervez Musharraf has a dynamic planetary position, which reveals a
secretive and dangerous mind, along with a high level of intellect and good diplomatic
skills. A lethal combination, indeed!
2008 will be very critical for Musharraf. To make matters even more difficult, he is under
the seven years Mahadasha of Mars. Up to 15-03-2008, he will command every critical position
as a sharp and tyranical ruler. Although it sounds harsh, he will crush the interests and
happiness of his own countrymen. He will be under a lot of high-level International pressure
during these times. He will not hesitate to take any measure to save his throne and power.
To divert attention away from his actions, he will stress increasingly on talks on the
Indo-Pak matter related to Kashmir by way of comments and declarations. He will introduce
policies that everyone would be loath to trust.
Post-15-03-2008, there would be swift turns in his life. Due to severe international pressure,
democracy will be restored in Pakistan and President Musharraf will have to face the revolt of
his own people. What may sound unsavoury to some and welcome news to others, the coming eighteen
years are going be very critical and crucial for Parvez Musharraf.
Personally, Musharraf is shrewd, aggressive, gifted with a sharp mind and tactful administrative
skills. Musharraf has, on many occasions, challenged India. In fact, he has looked down upon India,
as some of his predecessors. In this, he has gone unchallenged. His stars have been favouring him
until now. Due to the various astrological combinations in his chart, he is treated as a friend
by the most powerful countries of the world. It is rare to find another example of such astute
diplomatic triumph.
As Newton said, everything that goes up must come down. Soon, the President would then be
facing legal problems, and may even be made prisoner by another military regime.
